We will double-side print, by default, your gift for girlfriend or gift for boyfriend as the main picture. It’s a personalized mug, so you can choose to add on the mug’s back a name, phrase, or both. You can also add a name at the bottom of the design, as in the pictures. And if you want to do so, please provide us with as much information as possible in the personalized text box; we will take care of the rest. It’s your custom mug, so you get to design your couple’s mug as you wish!

If you choose to personalize your Valentine’s mug, we will send you a preview of your custom mug within 24 hours. After that, you have 48 hours to confirm the preview. If we don’t hear back from you, we will print out your mug as in the preview without an option of changes. NOTE: PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
